Cancellation Policy
To accommodate as many clients as possible, and give our clients the essential experience they require, we ask you, our valued clients, to be aware of our cancellation policy.
Cancelled Appointments:
- 24 hours notice is required for cancelled appointments.
- A fee of $50.00 will be charged per missed appointment.
- Payment of cancellation fees will be required before any subsequent treatments.
Late Arrivals:
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time, if clients are booked after your appointment.
- Clients who are continually late may have treatment services terminated at the sole discretion of Epilation by Pricella.
- The intention of this policy is to better serve, and to provide a personalized experience for our clients.
